RESSET : INK ERROR

CARA PERTAMA

1. Cabut kabel dari stop kontak
2. Kemudian tekan tombol power, tahan sekaligus tancapkan lagi kabel ke stop kontak
3. Tetap tahan tombol power dan pencet 2 kali tombol stop/reset
4. Lepas tombol power
5. Printer sekarang dalam safe mode pabrik
6. Tekan “>” sebelah kanan tombol “OK” sekali saja pilih ” Shipping Mode 3”
7. Tekan tombol “OK”
8. Tekan “OK” lagi untuk menu "Without cleaning"
9. Kemudian test print
10. Buka Cover Printer seperti mau mengganti Catridge
11. Cabut kabel dari stop kontak
12. Lepas kedua katridge
13. Tutup Cover lagi (Catridge jangan dipasang dulu)
14. Tancapkan kabel ke stop kontak lagi
15. Hidupkan printer (tekan tombol Power)
16. Pasang lagi kedua Catridge, dan printer siap di pakai lagi

CARA KEDUA

Untuk tool yang terbarunya sekarang yaitu V.3400. Silahkan klik link download yang sudah saya sediakan dibawah :)

DOWNLOAD RESETTER V.3400

Jika resetter V.3400 sudah di download, silahkan teman-teman ikuti langkah-langkah dibawah ini :

1. Biarkan printer dalam keadaan mati dan kabel power tetap terpasang
2. Tekan dan tahan tombol Stop/Reset diikuti dengan menekan tombol Power. Jadi kedua tombol sama-sama ditekan.
3. Lepaskan tombol Stop/Reset, tapi tombol Power tetap di tekan. Dalam keadaan tombol power tetap tertekan, tekan tombol Stop/Reset sebanyak 6 kali. Dan pada pencetan ke 6 lepas kedua tombol secara bersamaan.
4. Printer akan berada dalam keadaan service mode dan komputer akan mendeteksi perangkat baru, abaikan saja.
5. Siapkan beberapa lembar kertas pada printer
6. Jalankan tool atau reseter yang sudah di download tadi
7. Di menu clear ink counter pilih main black kemudian klik Set, printer akan mencetak 1 lembar halaman
8. Di menu ink absorber counter pilih main colour kemudian pilih Set
9. Klik Eeprom, printer akan mencetak 1 lembar halaman ( jika tidak bisa abaikan saja lngsung ke langkah selanjutnya )
10. Pilih Auto kemudian klik Start print, printer akan mencetak halaman test print dan tunggu sampai semua selesai
11. Matikan printer lalu hidupkan kembali dan printer anda sudah siap digunakan.
